• Prices do not include applicable taxes and /or freight.
• Fees quoted are based on work performed during the course of regular working hours.
• Overtime, rush, holiday and weekend work necessitated by the client’s directive may be billed as additional fees.
• Client requested changes during the proofing process may affect the job’s time line and Rush charges may apply.
• All client submitted electronic files must be prepared to Triboda standards. ( PDF Format only please) Please use our job options to export your files. Customer is to supply hard copy or a PDF proof of supplied artwork files. Printing will not commence until proof is verified correct by client.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to Triboda for reproduction do not violate copyright or trade-mark regulations. Triboda assumes no liability whatsoever for the customer's use or misuse of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
• Additional design charges will be applied if quality or resolution of files supplied does not meet print requirement standards.
• Triboda reserves the right to revise prices to reflect increases in material costs occurring between the date of this quote and acceptance of the order.
• This quote is subject to modification or cancellation at any time prior to our acceptance of order.
• This quote is subject to change if there are any changes or alterations from original instructions, layout, or copy.
• The provider’s ability to meet deadlines is predicated upon the client’s provision of all necessary information and approval in a timely manner.
• Any quotation over $500 requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before print/design work will commence* Quotation is valid for 30 days.
