DIGITAL FILE AND TRANSFER FEES ©2008

By placing an order for digital files, you are forming a legally binding contract with Triboda Printing Company, for digital products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS

Converting print design files to non-printable OR printable formats –
$25.00 per file with emailed version of file.
Variations of file format or size is $25.00 per file

To save file to CDR - $15.48 per CDR.
This does not include any changes in size, ratio (width to height) or any other design factor. These files can be loaded to your website, or emailed to customers but cannot be altered in any way.

Releasing printable pdf's to customers - “Proof” water mark is removed and a high resolution file will be issued in a flattened form

We do not release raw or ‘native’ files due to copyrights and proprietary software regulations.
Limited print license is issued.

Limited print license includes limitation of 500,000 printed copies of unaltered file. The file requires that artwork ownership remains with Triboda and may not be reprinted with artwork ownership or resold as original art work without additional fees being paid.
For unlimited print license, additional fees will apply.

Design or revisions of any design file with intent to create print material printed at Triboda $39.00 and up
is charged at $78 per hour*, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes every time a change is requested.

PAYMENT

All products must be paid in full before file transferwill take place.

NOTE OF INTEREST

If you have had us design a rack card, postcard, banner or business card, and want to use it as an ad either online or in a print publication, it’s important to note that the ratio of the image we’ve created may not quite fit the ratio (width x height) of your intended placement. This can cause your image to be distorted or cut off, neither of which makes a good impression.

Also, all marketing pieces are designed for specific media and they can’t always be used directly from one place to another. It may be more effective for you, and a better use of advertising and marketing dollars to have the files edited to exactly fit (in size, scope, direction and media).

Please take the time to consult with us, and we are happy to share our vast knowledge of all aspects of marketing and advertising, to help create the best campaigns for you, that will have the best results. Our staff have experience in newspaper, magazine, web media, print media and direct marketing and can direct you towards the marketing piece or advertisement that will have the best impact and value.

DELIVERY

All files will be emailed to the email address specified by the CLIENT. Should CLIENT require a CDR or DVD of the file(s) additional charges will apply.
